The fund dashboard provides two forecast scenarios to help you understand the projected value of your fund.
Best-Case Forecast
Assumes:
- All members pay every contribution on time
- No penalties or missed payments occur
- All scheduled contributions are collected in full
This gives you the maximum potential fund value at maturity.
Realistic Forecast
Based on:
- Historical payment behavior of all members
- Actual contribution completion rates
- Penalty collection history
This provides a more practical estimate of the fund's end value.
Per-Member View
Each member can see:
- Current fund value — Total contributions received so far
- Projected individual share — Their expected payout based on heads held
- Interest projection — Estimated interest earnings from loans
What Affects Forecasts
