Understanding Contribution Schedules

How contribution schedules work, when payments are due, and how to submit evidence.

Contribution Schedules

Contribution schedules are automatically generated based on your fund's start date and cutoff days.

Schedule Frequency

By default, contributions are due every 15 days, aligned to the fund's configured cutoff days (typically the 15th and 30th of each month).

Submitting a Contribution

  1. Go to the Contributions page.
  2. Find the current schedule period.
  3. Click Submit Contribution.
  4. Upload payment evidence (receipt, screenshot, or photo).
  5. Your contribution will show as Pending until the fund manager approves it.

Contribution Statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingEvidence submitted, awaiting manager approval
ApprovedManager has verified and approved the payment
RejectedManager rejected — you may need to resubmit

Evidence Requirements

  • Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  • Must clearly show the payment amount and date

Late Contributions

If you miss a due date, penalties are automatically calculated based on the fund's penalty configuration. Pay on time to avoid extra charges.
